Date Use provides a complete set of Enterprise grade products that allow for multiple authorized data use scenarios for your listing information. We strive for complete transparency with our MLS partners, especially when it comes to how, when, and where we are utilizing one of your most valuable assets. These promises to you and your members are outlined in our Data and Advertising Principles.

The most basic data use is for Broker listing content to be displayed with an opt-in agreement managed by the MLS or syndication partner.

We are also an IDX provider with fully compliant Broker and Agent IDX website solutions covering over 680 MLS markets across the country.

One unique element of the Homes Connect dashboard is the ability to provide your members with an integrated property search (IPS). The Homes Connect Quick Search improves the user experience when working with listing information in the preparation of seller presentations, comparative market analysis, buyer tour reports and a wide range of marketing materials incorporating listing data.

For MLS organizations that may share borders and have established cooperative agreements with one another we have a MLS Co Op Mode in Quick Search that allows us to configure your members Homes Connect accounts to search against multiple approved data sources.

Data Use Scenarios:

  • Portal – Broker listing content displayed with opt-in agreement from the MLS or syndication partner.
  • Consumer – IDX and/or VOW websites conforming to all existing rules.
  • Agent/Broker – Back office functionality for search, analysis and consumer reports.

Only the portal data use scenario needs to be approved to move forward with the partnership.
