Application reaches out to users of newest major mobile platform

NORFOLK, VA, February 24,, a division of Dominion Enterprises, announced today the release of its application for the new Windows Phone 7 mobile operating system. The Windows Phone app joins’s already extensive mobile suite, which includes applications for iPhone, Blackberry and Android users as well as a mobile website.
